The material is not specified in the print. This will be a rather expensive single part at least $300 plus material.

We can make that part for about 275 including material. And we have some open spindle time this next week for quick turn around. On a side note, making parts for recreational vehicles is a specialty of ours. We are direct support for AMS Oil Snowmobile Race Team and we have many years in research and development so I would say that we are a good choice for you.
