What kind of radius are you goint to allow in the center where the 2 humps come down? Cost wise I believe .125 radius would work out for you. Also where would you like the 3 holes drilled and tapped at, assuming you want 3 as when you go to clamp the outer 2, the middle would bow up and remain loose. Thanks.

Are you saying you want a square corner on both sides in the middle? The only reason I ask is because it might add another set-up, inturn adding to the final price per part. Thanks.
