RFQ for 750 7/8" hex risers machined from 12L14 material. OAL is 2.750" with a body length of 2.000 +/- .002" with male and female threaded .75" in length and depth. Female end is turned .86" dia x .20 length. Radius to break sharp edges of hex both ends.
250 threaded ½-20 male and female.
250 threaded 12Mx1.25 male and female.
250 threaded 10Mx1.25 male and female.
1) Material type 7/8" 12L14 hex.
2) Material to be included in quote.
3) Quantity: 750 pieces total.
4) Delivery within 2 weeks of bid award.
5) No special finish required.
We used over 3,000 of these last year and will consider a blanket order.
