Item is a 34mm Aluminum ball with a 12mm Diameter, 6.5mm Long Shoulder and a 35mm Long M10 x1.5 Thread.

If pricing is sufficient award will be 6/10/13 and need parts shipped to me by 6/20/13
5 pieces initially for testing, then we will evaluate pricing for annual orders.
Item can be constructed from two pieces. Threaded aluminum rod and the turned ball with shoulder and threaded with an M10 Rod.
However, in a two piece construction, the threaded rod must extend past the center point of the ball for strength and be securely tightened until it bottoms out and lock tighted into position.
If turning / threading in once piece, threads must go as far as possible to the shoulder wall.
RMS 16 or better Finish. No plating on parts
Tolerance +/- .002" On ball Diameter, +/- .005" on other dimensions.
Annual usage approx 100 per year. Would like to see numbers on 50 and 100 if possible too.
6061-T6 Aluminum supplied by you.
We are primarily a machining shop and don't have much turning capacity.
