Sorry, I was under the impression you can get dimensions in any software if you import the PDF in millimeters.
Dimensions are 310x 230mm
Tolerances are 0.1mm
Yes this is one piece.

Hello,
I would like a quote for the attached file.
- Aluminum 6061
- Vendor provides material.
- 1/4" thickness.
- Sandblast finish.
- File units are in Millimeters.
- Please specify if you can apply clear anodizing at additional cost.
Thank you for your consideration.
I hope this time it works....
A bit more info:
Thread wise, it should be metric 1.1mm thread.
Grade wise, I do not have proper knowledge of what to ask, I need it to resist bending, meaning, to have a spring like quality.
Material is aluminum 6061, as per the title of the thread.
As for flatness tolerance, I apologize for being vague about that, it should be at least .06mm (per 100mm) I was hoping you could use a fly cutter for a smooth finish.
Please see attachment, the file type is IGES, the part is in mm
I cannot supply other formats or blueprints, sorry.
My tolerances are .2mm for external dimensions but the part has to be precisely flat and square.
Thanks for reading
Hello, pls quote me on the attached file that I need made in tight tolerances out of steel.
I need four of them, to construct two trunnion tables.
Pls PM me your quote and questions.
Thanks for taking a look.
OK I m adding the split version to simplify things and keep budget under control.
This way The large piece can be out of aluminum and the small plate out of steel. Small holes are 10-32 threaded, large holes are for the guide pins.
Thanks for your patience fellas.
Ok I will try to make things clearer guys, these brackets are to hold a trunnion table for a small bench-top CNC.
the tolerances are important for the diameter of the large holes and for the distance between them as they receive dowel pins. Also the cone on the back must have the same...
NO i don't need it in all dimensions, in some areas I have room for deviation. I must elaborate with the person interested to take the job. PM me if you like with your comments.
Thank you
