Would you consider cast jig plate with a slight dimensional change? Your dimension of .3543" is 9.0mm. Thickness of both .375" and 10.0 mm is available, +/-.005".

What about splitting the dish into 5 equal segments with flanged joints? Looks doable. Accuracy +/- .010"?
