where is "group memberships"

I am haveing a hard time finding the "group membership" link. where is this i have wnet to user cp i may just be blind but i cant find it. any help would be a great help

Group memberships

I am unable to see under usercp the link to group memberships. Can someone point me in the direction of where this is at?
