Material 304 or 316 stainless plate.
1/4 inch thick
need perforations cut in pc around 0.280 dia on tight end,kerf can be slightly tapered,
1/2 inch center to center staggered pattern
and then profile cut to form a cone in two halves
the od once formed at the top = 2.700
the od once formed at the bottom = 1.375
length or height of cone would be 33 inches
od 's aren't super critical under size would be better
material supplied by vendor,shipped to edmonton area,alberta
quantities
5 sets
20 sets
basically making a stainless perforated plate and then cut pc to form cone
would be nice if 33 inch edges had 1/2 hole on each edge and when wrapped around to form cone the two halves would come together to make a complete hole
top and bottom would have a border
1/2 centers aren't critcal whatever works out with pc size
would like interested parties to quote a soon as they can
close date for quoting aug 31/09 give or take
