Waterjet or laser sheetmetal

I'm looking for someone to cut the following part for me. It should be very straightforward. Cutting can be laser, waterjet, milling or sheet metal stamping.

-Material: Mild steel (or stainless if you have it laying around)
-You supply material
-No finish required.
-Hole tolerances (position, size) +/-0.010", all others dimensions +/-0.020"
-Qauntities 60, 120
-Thickness can be anywhere from 0.040"-0.080". I'm not picky -- just let me know what you will be using.
-Please include ballpark shipping to 98029

Thanks for all of the replies. The vendor has been selected for this part, so I will not be accepting any more quotes on it. I will post a couple more parts in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
