Valves Manufactured to Specs

Our client is looking for a shop to produce valves, which contain 5 parts, made from aluminum, brass, and plastic. Mostly lathe work, with some milling as well. Overall dimension is roughly 1.25 inches in diameter. 150 valves needed for first production run, and production runs of 1000 needed later. First units needed in one month.
