Tycon Alloy has investment and sand casting production lines as well as a fully-equipped machine shop. Using Alpha set sand we can cast a part with a max weight of 2,200lbs. We normally pour CF3, CF8, CF3M, CF8M, CA6NM, CN7M, CB7CU, Duplex (1B, 4A, 5A, 6A), WCB, WCC, C95800, C95500, Hastelloy C, Monel, etc.
In house x-ray, dye pen, 2 CMMs, 2 spectrometers, etc.
