I prefer email contact, thank you.

The shafts must be made on a centerless grinder or cylindrical grinder.

Here is the drawing of the shaft (s) I need made. All diameters must be concentric to each other and the centerline cause the shaft will rotate at 150,000 rpms.

The two shoulders between the .25 inch and 0.3125 inch diameter must be flat and square so my parts will sit on them squared.

Please quote me and lead time (I need a fast service)?

Just a reminder, LH means its a left handed thread and RH means its a right handed thread (long story, lol)

I will give the two missing tolerance dimensions friday since I have to measure my parts ID. I just want you guys to have an idea of what needs to be done.

Quote on the following:

Material- steel 4140 and steel 4340.
Quantity- unknown, please specify 1-5, 5-10, 10-15, etc.
Lead-time - 1-3 days (urgent)

I prefer email contact, thank you.

Why are you listing this here? Those small quantities I DO NOT believe qualify
as production quantities.

Thats true, but theres no forum for proto or short run.

And for a hobbyist like me who's not into production run, but creating things have a hard time getting simple jobs done. I really need my own machine, I wouldn't use it for earing a living but for doing my hobby.
