Seeking vendor/supplier to perform laser marking services to permantly mark text/images on parts. Parts are approx 2.5 inches in diameter and approx .07 thick stainless steel. Looking for quotes for 50, 100 and 250 part run. I can provide .dxf file and .jpg images. Parts will be shipped to your location and I prefer a dark black permanent mark. Previous supplier was able to accomplish this by using a co2 laser system and a chemical sprayed on the parts prior to marking. The problem with this supplier was that he could not grasp the fact that orientation of the markings is critical as you can see in the attached .jpg picture. Too many pcs needed to be reworked. Budget is limited as these are mainly give away items. Thank you for your time.
