recommend process/quote 316 8" ring cut

I am looking for ROM quotes on 1, 10 and 30 pieces of this 316 wear ring. Note the radius on the outer edge is not required.

Any process open for discussion. I can machine holes also.

You are not defining the chamfers in the top and bottom of the id....
Are those required?
