NO i don't need it in all dimensions, in some areas I have room for deviation. I must elaborate with the person interested to take the job. PM me if you like with your comments.
Thank you
Hello,

Are you sure you need +-.0005 tolerance on all dimensions?

Ok I will try to make things clearer guys, these brackets are to hold a trunnion table for a small bench-top CNC.
the tolerances are important for the diameter of the large holes and for the distance between them as they receive dowel pins. Also the cone on the back must have the same tolerance for concentricity.
Other than that, as long as the pats are in a great level same to each other the tolerances can be up to +/- .003
Here is a 3D pdf file.
PS: If the cost of such a part is beyond my budget I m willing to modify it to become 2 parts assembled with guide pins and screws.

OK I m adding the split version to simplify things and keep budget under control.
This way The large piece can be out of aluminum and the small plate out of steel. Small holes are 10-32 threaded, large holes are for the guide pins.

Thanks for your patience fellas.
