Any mild steel will be fine. Thickness can be either gage 6 or 7.

bracket #1: 12 qty
bracket #2: 16qty
bracket #3: 6 qty

Are these the same brackets that you posted in the Fab section. I was wondering cause of the notes you posted with them. Do they need to be bent, two holes don't break thru, threads?

Yes, they are the same post. I'm looking for best way to reduce cost.

Can you give me a quote for just flat patterns and another quote for flat patterns + bending? And I'm also interested in another quote for 120qty bracket 1, 160qty bracket2, and 60qty bracket3.

Couple of design changes:
1. Material thickness can be gage 8
2. The little end bend for bracket#2 can be extended another .344" if it makes it easier to bend.

Added few more details to the drawing to include bend line, increased length of bracket #2, and changed thickness to gage 8.
