Default U Clamps

I have been looking for some time now for large forged U clamps to use on our lathes and other machinery here at our small machine shop. What I am calling a U clamp has many names, but it basically looks like a giant tuning fork with a nub where the handle would be. I have been able to find them online up to 12" typically and 14" rarely. I need them to be at least 16" for our applications, and no one seems to have them (or wants to admit to having them). I would like them used. If we could find about 8 of them in the 16" to 30" length range, it would be great; but I know I may be on a wild goose chase. Any help?

This post is kinda old. If you are interested I could make these in whatever sizes you need.

Default U Clamps

Thank you, but we were hoping to find them used since the unusually large sizes we are looking for would probably be rather pricey. If you have time, though, I would take a look at a quote for a quantity of 4 22" long clamps and 4 30" long clamps. Thank you for replying.
