CNC Programmer/Machinist Needed - BURBANK, CA

We are a small company servicing the entertainment industry with both custom and off the shelf products. We do everything in-house from the design, manufacturing and assembly.

Job Description: Work as part of a very small team to program, tool, setup & run machine. Parts range from simple to complex, runs are typically 1-12 parts. Materials machined are generally only aluminum. Typical daytime hours.

All designs are generated in-house, provided as a solid model.

Minimum Qualifications:

=> Must have at least 10 years machine shop experience.
=> At least 1-2 years experience in CNC programming. Prefer CAM experience with SURFCAM or similar program.
=> Familiar with machine tooling, job setup, workholding, secondary operations of complex parts.
=> Manual lathe experience.
=> Experience with Mori Seiki Horizontal or FANUC controls a plus.
=> 4 Axis CNC Machine programming a plus.
