Exclamation CLOSED RFQ: 1/2" thick 304L stainless steel flanges

    Hi,

I need a small run of flange to be made from 304L stainless steel (include material in quote). Both surface of each flange would need to be ground perfectly flat. The minimum thickness of the flange once ground dead flat would need to be 0.450" but the closer to 0.500" the better. I would need them before early January, let say one month time frame, January 10th 2007. Having them as soon as possible would still be the best.

General tolerance of about 0.005" or so.

I would need one of this model:

    And four of this model:

I have AutoCAD drawing of both flanges. I'm looking for a bigger run of these and others flanges to be made in a near future if I'm satisfied with the quality.

Also, I'm in Canada so please include shipping to Canada in the quote.

I would like to give my phone number so we can discuss but I'm a french Canadian and rarely speak english.

Thank you very much. Hopefully waiting for answers.

Hi, as to the 8vhead flanges, what are thr radii of the out side shape? is it critical? I'd like to quote, but that drawing should be more descriptive.
