Can you cast a part?

I need pricing for producing this part in aluminum initially qty 4, anticipate more to follow. Grade of aluminum not critical, whatever can maintain the tolerances. The "half-round" chambers can have their corners (chamfered / radiused) as required. Ideally a decent appearance finish on external surfaces, flat bottom needs to be smooth, inside chambers can be fairly rough provided tolerances met.

Looking at the tolerances I'd don't think you could cast it even using investment casting techniques. I would think machining it would be better. Do you realy need +.001 - 0 if so it will not be a cheap part. Do you have a solid model?
