mold removal and plaster/drywall repair

I want to get an average price for cutting out an approximate 2' x 3' Section of plaster, removing/ killing mold, patching an hvac duct, and then patching the plaster with drywall. I had to do this at my own home, and did it for a very very cheap price, and I want my land lord to know how much it would have cost him if He called a bigger company or any sort of professional.

Lucy, the kind of molds machinists work on is not the kind caused by water. "Mold" to a machinist is making metal master patterns that are used to make other metal or plastic parts. Think Legos.
