Need quote for .25" aluminum with through holes

Hello.

I need some (4 for now, perhaps more later) router jigs for my woodshop. They will be approximately 12"x20"x1/4". They will have a number of elongated through holes in them that will allow my router to run in a certain pattern, using a 3/4" bushing. I got a quote from a local machine shop, and they quoted me based on CNC machine time plus materials, but it was waaaayyyy too much $$$, so I told them 'no thanks.'

I appreciate any interest in doing this work. The material doesn't necessarily have to be aluminum... it can be plastic or lexan or phenolic... as long as it won't dent up from normal use.
