contracting idle machines

OK a buddy of mine was telling me "why don't you go look to seee who would let you have use of their machines for a fee." Basically I pay for floor time bring my own material and get to work. I told him he must be dreaming. Anyone intersted in such a deal in Cent FL? I need vert CNC mill usage. My own cutters and my own materials and my own programming.
