This project is dead. I submitted a ball park quote quote first. Told them if I wasn't going to waste my if I wasn't in the ball park. They assured me that every thing looked good and to go ahead a formalize the quote. I ended up doing a time study and preliminary design. Contacted my suppliers to get the best material prices. Every step of the way they were encouraging me that every thing looked great. In the end my price was far below my ball park method. Then they said they couldn't find my quote, so I resent it. Said it looked good, but they awarded the job to someone else because they thought I was not interested. Not Interested? What a waste of time and effort.
