    Default 304 ss drops

I have about 50 or 60 pcs of 1/2 inch thick 304 stainless steel drops from our waterjet machine about 3.48 diameter. Also the same amount of pcs 1.97 diameter. These are the prototype of a job we did and will possibly have more soon.

Firstly, we have done in two parts work perfectly six months ago. We have tried to replicate the process and problems. The problem is that the material does not 304SS texture blasting the same as the first time. After the initial sanding parts new parts, we found that they have not taken the necessary texture, we decided to cook them and try again.
