Where can I get 1 9/16" Tubing or 40mm not stainless

Anyone know of a supplier for 1 9/16 11ga or close mild steel tubing? I was some place selling 4130 but I think it might be costlier.

40mm w/ 3mm wall would work too.

aluminum in that size but not steel. That's an odd-ball size your looking for. Most tubing goes right from 1-1/2" to 1-5/8".
