Default RFQ Simple turn 3.0” OD 200 pieces.
Simple turn job of 200 pieces 3.0” OD, 2.0" OAL with a 9/16” thru hole. .215” OD chamfer and .020” ID radius both sides. OD needs to have machined cleanup only, no specific dia.
Tolerances excluding OD, +/-.002”
Material: 6061-T6, vendor supplied.
Shipping charges on our account.
Delivery by 1/10/08.
RFQ closes Friday, 12/21/07

This is an ongoing job, ~1200-1500 pieces yearly, bid accordingly.
