Default Simple swiss turning, 350 pcs

Folks,
Some pretty simple parts to be done on a swiss.

4 parts, 50 pcs ea, 3.25" long, 0.197"D (5mm). +/- .005 on diameters, +/- .010 length. Simple shoulders/tapers. All parts are very similar.

3 parts, 50 pcs ea, 1.75" long, 0.197"D (5mm). Also 5 on diams, 10 on length, one contour on the end. All pretty similar.

17-4 PH, 35-39Rc (probably H1025, possibly H900), material will be hard, there will be no hardening after machinig. 16u on diameters. Run 1/4"diam stock and turn all over, or use 5mm TGP and only turn the contours.

Definitely want to farm out the 3.25" parts. 1.75" if the price is attractive. Currently running all of these on a chucker and it's a bit inconvenient to have 3 or 4 chuckings on a single piece.

Prints are available, but I wont post them here - just post contact info and I'll send them. Will even share my G-code on the 1.75" family.

Thanks!

Hi,

We can make the parts, our question is how much will you spend on them. If price is an issue we will try to make them for a price the works for both of us.
