Default Waterjetting Carbon Fiber Plate

I am looking for a shop w/ experience in waterjetting carbon fiber plate... Appx. 1/16" (1.5mm)thk...

I'd love for the edges to be clean and precise...

I've attached some examples of what I'd like to get cut...

Thanks!

Good morning,

We've cut structral fiberglas and several types of plastics with our CNC router. Would this be an acceptable machine sub?

We can actually cut fiberglas better than a waterjet can, because we've found that the waterjet pressure can actually seperate the fiberglas layers. Not sure if composite would act the same way, but I'd be interested in giving it a try.

Mike

If you have not done anything with this yet, we would like to quote this job for you...Slowing the acceleration time on the pump will stop from separating the panels!!!

Default Beware of this Customer!!!

Steve,

I am just wondering why you have not returned any of our calls or paid the invoice for the parts we rushed and overnighted to you. We connected thru this website, cut your parts in an expedited order and sent them out the same day... and you have not made any effort to pay or tell us why you aren't paying your bill. Please advise. Thanks,

Don Stinson
