I need some small (about 5/8" by 3-1/8") wooden parts made to the dimensions given in the attached image. Can anyone give me quotes for producing a production run of 500 and also a proof run of about a dozen.

I think a CNC router would be the likely machine for producing these parts.

Does this part require any surface finish(lacquer, polyurethane, etc)? What tolerance do you need? Are tool marks acceptable or do the parts also need a smooth sanding?
