Cryogenic Helium Processing is our newest capability. It is the ultimate cryogenic treatment as helium allows for the closest approach to absolute zero. This process is ideal for materials testing, thermal cycling, research and design, and residual stress relief.
Cryogenic Shrink Fitting for parts that require a tight tolerance fit. The Cryogenic Institute is capable of shrink fitting items over 24 inches in length.
Thermal Cycling to test parts for research and design purposes, as well as failure analysis.
Dry Ice (CO2) Blast Cleaning for molds, lead screws, heavy machinery, electrical motors, plant clean up, and other surfaces. This cleaning service is USDA and FDA approved and non-abrasive.
