Hello,

We are a small family-owned machine shop in the Detroit area. Established
in 1996, we started out mainly as a repair shop for the fastener manufacturing
industry. My father has over 30 years experience in the rebuilding of cold-
headers and thread rollers, and is highly regarded in his trade. We utilize 4
Pratt & Whitney Jig-Borers for this work. These are high-precision, vertical
boring mills with a max table-travel of nearly 6 feet.

Since joining the business in 1998, I have expanded it to include CNC
turning. We now have two Mazak lathes, both with 12" chucks
and approximately 3" thru holes. My main source of turning work for the last
10 years has been automotive axle bars. These orders vary in quantities
from 1 to 500.

I am thrilled to have found this site, as it appears to be a great way to
make new connections within the machining community. I look forward to
starting new business relationships with many of you.
