Joe:

Are the NPT nipples through or are they 4 separate pieces welded 2/side? Is this a through hole?

2 fittings welded through the plate. they are a hrough hole. hoses hook up to both sides and low pressure fluid runs through them. the plate is 1/8th inch thick or anything close to it. Only one side needs to be polished and not the welds or fittings, just the plate. we are very flexible on the design.
