If you could clean up the drawing by moving the dimension lines off of the part lines that would really help. if You have a .DXF or cad file I would be glad to quote it for you.

none of my material vendors have finished pricing the material yet for me.
I am suppoed to recieve today.(same answer since last thursday)
Here is some info i have recieved from rpx1 via email
1) 2mm is necessary on all sharp edges.
2) 3mm rad on the sharp corner between the outer perimeter and straight
wall
I had no problem using his drawing to create a solid model.
