I have a question about your parts. On the 11.5 x 11.5 what is the corner radius of the 2.125 x 2.875 cut out, and where is the cut out located on the part?

90 degrees, it's to make a subwoofer box any edge about .75" away

I should note that the rectangular cut-out in the one panel to fit the terminal block will have 1/16" radius in the corners. I doubt this will be an issue though, as I'm sure the terminal block doesn't have a sharp corner either.
