I need qty 2 of the part shown on the attached images, will send you larger versions or ACAD dwg / dxf on request. Grade of aluminum not critical, whatever can maintain the tolerances. The round chambers can have their corners (chamfered / radiused) as required but I'll need to know approx. what radius you will use.

Ideally a decent appearance finish on external surfaces. Image V6_Half_Dim3 illustrates an option to cut approx 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep ribs 1/4" apart (or 1/8" deep with whatever parting tool you have handy) across central part of unit. If do-able, please price separately as an option. May be wanted on none, one or both of items

Left end (deeper seal pocket) needs to be square with axis (eg more important than right end). Inside chambers can be fairly rough provided tolerances met.

I would be interested in quoting your job I own a full service machine shop in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I do have 6061 alum. b16 brass, , bearing bronze, and any grade of steel might even have copper or ampco but gotta check...on the shelf supplied by me.
