Low cost Manufacturing in Turkey

'400 Black HDPE'
Murat,
I am looking for someone to make me some parts. Please look over my attached drawings to see if you can make them for a reasonable price. I have described them to many vendors as like molded 'toy soldiers'. They need to be black and somewhat stiff, or not too bendable. Thanx, Tom
