Default small knurled, threaded knobs needed

6061-T6 rod
.620" od with medium hatched knurling. Parts are .625" long, drilled through 3/32" and internally threaded 4-40 at one end, drilled .125" dia x .3" deep at other. Threaded end of knob has a 2.5 degree point/camfer, other end has a dome radius of 1 1/2" approximately. Concentricity must be within .002, length and OD within .005"
Knurling must look good!
Vibratory finish and degreased

200 - 1000 parts depending on price

Make similar parts & fasteners, located Vancouver, BC. Mainly out of 303 stainless and brass.

Material: 6061-T6 (included)
Finishing: Vibratory. (not really required if as shown in pictures, parts come off machine cleanly unless high shine required, such as in mirror polished)
Surface treatment: Non, other than mineral degreasing (but not clean enough for electroplating or anodizing). Recommend a light coating of preservative to prevent oxidation during shipping and storage.
Accuracy: much better than required.
