+/- 0.001 on everything but RD2 which needs to be somewhere close to +/- 0.0001 for a nice pressfit.

Your chamfer on the top seems to be missing dimension information.

The chamfers are there just to knock the sharp edge off, 45 degree, 0.0625" will work. It's really not critical...
