Hi all, no exactly sure where to post this. I am in need of a quote for cnc bending of aluminum 1 1/4" square tubing. There are 4 bends each with 3" outside radius. I am currently bending these by hand on a wrought iron shop bender., time consuming and complicated, but it works. I am outsourcing for someone to bend these as quick as possible with a cnc bender or other means. drawing is attahed. I can also provide x,y,z, axes for cnc. i am looking for qty's of 100 at a time. possibly more in near future. If at all possible, i will also need holes punched or drilled also. This is a prototype part that we have currently tested, and are looking for quotes as soon as possible to fullfill our requests. Please quote in 100, 500 qty's .. please see drawing, i will include x,y,z axes once quote is awarded. dims are provided for reference. Thanks. there will be 2 file types.. .jpg and .step file..
