OK please see this thread. I am trying get made some simple molds. 1)You would need a chamber size big enough up to 33 inches long 2)You will need to build a custom tool to mill the beveled design. 3)You will need to complete these within a one weeks time. I have a deadline of May 24th and need these well before then! 4)Aluminium should cost around $300 give or take. 5)New designs are going to vary in height, instead of being 2.1mm tall is now 2.5mm etc. That's it.
