Could you live with approx. .120 internal radii on the "102" part?

I would kind of like to keep the .016 corner radius

Thanks for the opportunity, but we'll have to pull out.

Although we can cut these radii, we can't cut to the depth required.

I can cut it on my wire EDM and hold the radii. Prce is $175 for the job. I'll need you to look at the cad files though. The 102 came in with some disconnected lines (open gaps) You need to remove any splines and replace with arcs and lines and save it out as an Autocad 12 .dxf file or an iges file.

I got a vender to get my pieces cut, thank you to those intersted and quoted me a price.
