RFQ for aluminum life support valve
This is proprietary valve that needs machined complete from a forging we'll supply. The quantity will be between 1000-5000. Ultimately 2000-3000 a month for a year is possible. Attached is an approximate example. Serious bidders will need to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Hello Robo,
We would love to quote your project. We have just joined this web site so i havent worked on our prifile yet. but untill i get to it you may check out our web site @ Strongproducts.biz. if you could send some more detailed drawings to Tim@strongproducts.biz and we well be happy to quote it at a reasonable price. At this time we are looking at a quote of $16.00 per part for quantity of initial 1000. Now when the quantity goes up the price goes down. Also the price will decrease if this job is constant. We look forward to working with you and we hope to hear from you soon. |

Just out of curiosity, which parts of the forging needs machining other than the threads and the shoulders on those threads and the drilled holes?
