Hello.

I have over 8 years milling experience and over 3 years thorough 2D work and a little bit over 2 years of light 3D experience in MasterCam that is complimentary to 2D applications. Indexer and horizontal programs not a problem either, for multiple sides and pieces.

Will program from a print or type of customer supplied CAD drawing, preferably an IGES format or STEP, other formats possible, please send inquiry.

What you can get is an email of a generic Fanuc coded program in text format, with setup sheet showing part origin and tool list in Excel format.

Can work with customer in tooling availibility on site and possible fixture scenerios.

Most (about 90%) can have ballpark cycle times. Tool change times and machine rapid capabilities may change cycle times.
