What is the minimum allowable radius in the bends? And what time frame?

What about having someone make you a fixture and bend them yourself ? just an idea....

One more question...I see it is for landing gear. I am assuming radio controlled planes and 2 req'd per, so the 50 -100 set would be 100-200 bent wires. Correct?
