Smile $17.50 per hour

Contract Machining Inc

260-723-4946 (office)

* Short lead times
* CNC turning
* CNC milling
* Cylindrical/OD grinding
* Production runs
* Gage and fixture
* Mastercam X2 CAM / Solid modeling CAD
* Engraving
* Design
* Prototypes
* Sketches or digital format drawings

The $17.50 per hour rate only applies to cnc turning jobs that can run unattended and have a minimum run time of 40 hours. A minimum one time setup fee of $50 for basic parts, complicated and special needs parts will cost more to set up. Materials that aggressively wear tooling will incur an additional charge, basically anything other than aluminum and plastic.

Vertical milling $27.50 per hour in 40 hour minimum blocks of time. Minimum one time programming fee $50(basic simple parts), fixtures, complicated programming and special tooling is an additional fee.
Materials that aggressively wear tooling will incur an additional charge, basically anything other than aluminum and plastic.

The Contract Machining Inc advantage:

A small company with enough flexibility to make changes and deal with changing customer requirements.

Our operating costs are low because of a small town location, this savings will be passed along to the customer.

Call our office during business hours to discuss your needs. We do not answer email since we receive several hundred junk/spam emails per day.

You should be quite busy Fred.
That's less than I pay my employees here.
