Default Aluminum corner rounding and drilling

Hey guys,

I've got some parts that look like this:

And I need them too look like this:

I will need 4 pieces done. I will ship them to you, and will need them back within 7-10 days.

Overall dimensions for reference are 11" x 3" x .375"

-The radius on the corner rounding is .18"-.20"
-The bolt holes are .28" dia through with a .50" countersink and sit at about a 27.5 degree angle to the bottom surface.
-Material is 6061 aluminum

I will provide a iges model and pdf spec drawing to the machinist.

Please provide quote with shipping back to me included at zip 83843.

Let me know if you need more info.

Is this a one time order of 4 parts or may the quantities go up in the future.

Thanks

Right now it is just one time, but there is a possibility of future orders
