Exclamation Some steel parts, Waterjet or Plasma

Exhaust flange for an L28 engine. Approx. 24x3x.5. Tolerences are .005. Material is steel. Please quote 25 and 50 pieces. Item should be waterjet or plasma cut. webmaster@coldfusionracing.com

You didn't specify how thick the flange has to be...

And these parts can't be made with the tolerances you have specified. Some correct me if I'm wrong. But Hi-Def Plasma can hit about +/-0.010 and water jet about +/-0.008.

Now why do you need such tolerances on an exhaust flange? The thing is going to change shape was soon as you weld your pipes to it...not to mention
what it is going to do when you get 1200F of exhaust gas flowing through it.
