Rapid Tooling and Parts - Cryogenic Processing
CPM Fastools is a rapid production tooling company. We utilize Direct To Metal Laser Sintering and CNC manufacturing to generate rapid tooling and parts. Material characteristics run from bronze/nickle to both Rockwell C 20 and 50 tool steels. Lead times are days not weeks or months. We can also provide fused deposit manufacturing of ABS functional proto-types. In addition we offer cryogenic processing of tools, tooling and related parts. CPM Fastools parent company is Chesapeake Plastics Manufacturing, a full service injection molder with capacities from 30 tons to 500 tons.

Can you post some pictures of some things made with laser sintering? I'd like to know more about the process.
