Burt,

A few questions to begin with.
1) There are about 48 types of Delrin just on MatWeb alone. Do you have a specific grade in mind? Color?
2) Everything is shown straight as if they were machined. Is draft permissible?
3) One part is called a piston. Would parting lines be permissible on the OD?
4) You have a general tolerance of +/-.001. That is tight for a molded part. Are there specific dimensions that need to be that close and can the others be loosened up?
